After graduating from Providence College, Ted began an extensive career at Fidelity Investments in Boston.  Eventually choosing to leave Fidelity to become an independent advisor, he first took time off to through-hike the entire Appalachian Trail in 2001; All 2,168 miles of it from Georgia to Maine over the course of 6 months.

Ted grew up in Milton and now lives with his wife, Christy, and their two young children in Hingham. When not spending quality time with his family, Ted also enjoys participating in local triathlons. Strongly valuing community service he also currently serves on the Board of Directors and Finance Committee for the non-profit Old Colony Hospice in Randolph, MA.

Ted holds the following designations and registrations: CLTC (Certified in Long Term Care Insurance), Series 6, Series 7 (General Securities Representative), Series 24 (General Securities Principal), Series 51 (Municipal Fund Securities Principal), Series 63 (NASAA Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination), Series 65 (Uniform Investment Advisor Law) and the Massachusetts Individual Insurance Broker's License.
